With life skills coaching, we prepare the employee for the workforce by first reviewing and working on aspects of their daily lives before ever walking into a position in a customer organization. Many companies spend significant time and resources on dealing with personnel issues. Merit's approach takes that burden off our customer, and handles this when a potential employee is hired by Merit. |
